In The Name of the Moon...! [Sailor Moon]

SM got her new Tiara ^-^ Something they completely skipped over in the original anime! /so excite
I drew it a little bigger because that's about the size it is in the manga. They made it almost normal size in the new anime XD
In the manga, it was called Moon Twilight Flash when she used this ability, so I made it twilight
